I started my professional journey with VFS Capital as an Operation Executive in the Jangipara branch, Hooghly, West Bengal, in 2009. I am currently an Assistant Branch Manager in the Balitikuri branch of Howrah, West Bengal. The work culture of VFS is very cordial and supportive. It feels great to be part of the VFS family as we all share a friendly relationship with our colleagues and work as a team.

I began my career with VFS Capital as a Senior Executive for Internal Audit in May 2009. I started my journey at VFS Capital Limited as a Branch Manager and gradually progressed through roles such as Area Development Manager, Zonal Manager, Training Manager, Risk Manager, Business Planning & Development Manager, Internal Audit Manager, and Manager Risk & Credit. I've been fortunate to learn and grow within the organization at each step of the pathway. Recently the management promoted me to AGM - Business Operations in the Micro-Finance Field.Having served in diverse departments, I've gained extensive industry exposure and learned the importance of the "human touch" in apprehending the socio-economic conditions, borrowers' needs and values as we conduct most of the operations in rural areas. I'm grateful to be part of the VFS family, where our highly efficient top management provides incredible support and allows us the latitude to work independently.
