Mr. Dilip Kumar Mridha is a richly experienced banker with over 35 years in the industry. He holds an M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Calcutta and is a CAIIB and SFB-certified professional. He has served across Rural, Semi Rural, Urban & Metro branches, and held key positions including Zonal Head and Corporate Branch Head. He served as a Director of Gramin Bank. He was also faculty at the Central Training College.

He is enriched with knowledge in diverse segments like international banking and worked in Hongkong Centre and Chief executive of Singapore. In India, he has worked as General Manager & Chief Risk Officer and led the Mid-Corporate Credit and Recovery division in Public Sector Banks, he has deep expertise in Credit, Risk and Operational Banking.
